include a standard of ten can
lights. Can lighting is worth
approximately $100.00 per light
as typical rule of thumb.

What type of subfloors are used
in the construction of your
homes? Top Notch floor
sheathing is the standard floor
sheathing being used in our
homes today. It’s a small price
to pay when we’re talking
quality products. A price
difference of $400.00 compared
to a standard sub-floor.

What type of floor trusses are
used in the construction of
your homes? The majority of
all homes bid that we
encountered, contractors bid
I-joists floor systems. We use
all clear span floor trusses on
any home to be put on basement
foundation. If a basement is not
needed for your construction, then I-joists are sufficient.
There is approximately $2000.00
difference between the two.

Are the windows sized to the
rooms? Yes. All windows are
well proportioned throughout the
home. One of the other items to
notice between us and our
competition is that we always
used well proportioned windows
throughout our homes.

What all is included in your
standard plumbing package?
Our standard plumbing bid
includes two bathrooms furnished
with elongated stools, tub/shower
unit, bathroom vanity, cultured
stone tops, and medicine
cabinets.

Our window grilles included in
your standard window package?
Our standard window packages do
not include grilles, but can be
added at time of placing a
order.

What style of door do you
include for an access … say to a
back deck area? Our standard
door at the rear of your new home
to a deck area or back porch is
a 6’-0” sliding glass door. If
other doors are wanted to be
used in the construction of your
new home, please consult us
during ordering process.
